Overlay Floor System

The Overlay Floor Heating System is a patented low profile panel system which is laid over existing solid or timber floors. The 18mm thick environmentally friendly panels are laid on the existing load bearing floor and glued. The 12mm pipe is laid in the grooves and the system can be covered by tile, laminate, carpet or vinyl. Overlay is perfect for installation in existing kitchen, bathroom or conservatories where minimum wall space is available and total design freedom is required.
